The word “hero” is often overused these days. It will not be used here, because heroes only exist in books and films. Fortunately for everyone, these colleagues are real.

Everyone looks forward to the day they can meet again, to say thank you and give a hug. This team has given their all during this crisis, and they have been doing so for a long time. They found space in the most inhospitable places to squeeze in one more box. They lovingly personalised every package. They worked harder than anyone else on a move that seemed to happen in the blink of an eye—when behind the scenes there were hours of sweat and an immense amount of work. They have brought joy to every home, now and always.
Awards That Start on the Warehouse Floor
Awards are often received for shops, websites, and social media presence, but those honours would not be possible without the warehouse team. It is common to see the team shouting together with pride: “Warehouse, warehouse…” That chant captures exactly who they are—the joy and colour of the entire operation.
