PUMA and AC Milan have unveiled the away jersey for the 2025/26 season, bringing back the iconic Diavoletto emblem in a design that blends club tradition with a modern, daring look. The white-based kit features bold red and black accents, capturing the fiery spirit of the Rossoneri while paying homage to Milan’s visual heritage.
A Bold Return to Club Heritage
The new away strip marks the return of the Diavoletto – the devil symbol that first appeared on AC Milan kits during the 1980s. Placed over the heart, the emblem reflects the club’s identity and its passionate fanbase. The design draws from classic Milan away kits while introducing a forward-looking aesthetic that stands out on the pitch.
Design Details: White Base and Devilish Accents
A white base, long associated with AC Milan’s away jerseys, anchors the look. Vivid red and black detailing add contrast and energy, while a subtle horn-like pattern across the lower shoulder reinforces the devilish theme. The overall appearance is clean yet aggressive, matching the team’s reputation for stylish, attacking football.
The Diavoletto Emblem Makes a Comeback
The return of the Diavoletto is the centrepiece of the kit. The emblem, once seen on shirts in the 1980s, now sits prominently on the chest. It symbolises the club’s “eternal fire” and serves as a visual link between past and present generations of fans.
Official Comments from Club and PUMA
Maikel Oettle, Chief Commercial Officer of AC Milan, described the Diavoletto as “more than a symbol – it is a part of AC Milan’s DNA.” He noted that bringing it back honours the club’s legacy while connecting with a new global audience. The kit, he added, captures “passion, style, and a fearless spirit that sets us apart.”

Marco Mueller, PUMA’s Senior Director of Product Line Management Teamsport Apparel, explained that the design team explored AC Milan’s history and iconic symbols. “White away kits are synonymous with AC Milan,” he said, “so this year we wanted to mix things up and really tap into the devilish theme.” The combination of white, black, and red, according to Mueller, “brought some fire to the pitch with a devilish aesthetic.”

A Kit Built for the Pitch
The jersey is designed for both players and supporters who embody the club’s relentless spirit. With its crisp white base, striking red and black details, and the revived Diavoletto, the 2025/26 away kit presents a confident, intimidating look. AC Milan will wear it in Serie A next season, aiming to bring their trademark intensity to every match.
