In a celebration of football, fashion, and individuality, adidas has partnered with London-based designer Antonia Bronze to mark the UEFA Women’s Euro 2025. The collaboration goes beyond matchday apparel, resulting in six custom-made leather jackets that pay tribute to some of the tournament’s leading athletes. Each one-of-a-kind piece reflects the player’s national pride and personal impact.

The Collaboration

The partnership between adidas and Antonia Bronze brings together sportswear heritage and high-end craftsmanship. Bronze, known for her bespoke leatherwork, designed the jackets as wearable storytelling items, honouring the culture surrounding the game and the bold personalities within it.

The Players and Their Jackets

Six football icons are celebrated through this collection: Aitana Bonmatí (Spain), Alessia Russo (England), Jule Brand (Germany), Stina Blackstenius (Sweden), Kadi Diani (France), and Lia Wälti (Switzerland). Each jacket is built from scratch and features the player’s name and number.

Design Inspirations

  • Aitana Bonmatí, Jule Brand, and Stina Blackstenius – Their jackets draw directly from the visual language of adidas’ Away Kit designs for Spain, Germany, and Sweden respectively. The on-field aesthetics are transposed into street-ready leather statements.

  • Alessia Russo and Kadi Diani – Their jackets take core tones from their national flags, distilled into powerful colour palettes worn with purpose.

  • Lia Wälti – Her jacket centres on the striking pattern and colourway of the adidas KONEKTIS Official Match Ball, nodding to her role in unveiling the ball earlier this year.

Designer’s Perspective

Antonia Bronze described the project as deeply personal. She noted that creating unique jackets tied to each player’s kit for the Euros was surreal, and that these were among her most technically challenging pieces. She expressed gratitude to adidas for the opportunity.

Worn With Meaning

The jackets are a rare, unbuyable moment of football couture. During the quarter-finals, they appeared on the shoulders of players including Bonmatí and Brand, as well as on content creators and those close to the athletes. Each piece is stitched with the respective player’s name and number, making them deeply personal tokens of the tournament’s energy.
