Ajax and adidas Celebrate Amsterdam’s Waterways in 2025/26 Away Kit

Ajax and adidas have unveiled the 2025/26 away shirt, a design that draws inspiration from the canals and waterways defining Amsterdam. As part of the city’s 750th anniversary celebrations, the kit combines heritage elements with a modern aquatic aesthetic.

Design Inspiration

The away jersey features a clean aquatic blue colourway, directly referencing the water that shapes both the landscape and spirit of the Dutch capital. The design aims to be a flowing tribute to Amsterdam’s most iconic natural feature.

Heritage Details

Like the recently revealed home strip, the away shirt keeps Ajax’s classic crest front and centre. A bespoke pennant detail sits on the top back of the jersey, containing three key symbols of heritage:
