Diadora has introduced a limited gold capsule that includes two of its most recognized football boots: the iconic Brasil and the newer B-Elite silhouette.
Diadora has introduced a limited gold capsule that includes two of its most recognized football boots: the iconic Brasil and the newer B-Elite silhouette. The bold golden colorway draws inspiration from the Ballon d’Or, the highest individual honor in modern football, and celebrates players who aim to define their own journey rather than follow existing paths.
To achieve the metallic finish, Diadora’s craftsmen individually treated each pair by applying a fine golden foil lamination over the leather upper. This technique creates an extremely thin micro coating that delivers a distinct golden texture and color unique to the leather.
The Gold Capsule Boots
Brasil
The standout model in the collection is the Brasil, entirely covered in a premium gold finish with only the Italian flag providing a contrasting detail. The handcrafted k-leather upper offers softness and richness, designed for pure touch, precise control, and fluid ball movement. The multi‑studded firm‑ground sole plate is an evolved version of the original Brasil’s design, focusing on flex, stability, and comfort to meet modern player demands.
B-Elite
The B-Elite also receives the golden treatment, with handcrafted quality extending across every seam. It is distinguished by a full‑length white sole plate and a sleek, modern profile that houses lightweight performance features. The sole plate incorporates a zig‑zag pattern similar to that of Diadora’s Maximus model, which was worn by Roma legend Francesco Totti. That earlier design included internal wiring to improve flex and rebound, and the same concept now informs the flex grooves that give the contemporary B-Elite a performance advantage. The link to Totti is further reinforced by the limited edition gold Maximus 14 boot Diadora created for the World Cup winner in 2006.
Only 56 pairs of each boot were produced for this release.
