Before a ball is kicked in the United States this summer, Espérance Sportive de Tunis have set a high bar for style at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. In partnership with Kappa, the Tunisian champions have released a home, away, and third shirt collection that blends heritage, culture, and elite design.
Known affectionately as “Taraji,” Espérance de Tunis return to the global stage with kits that reflect more than 100 years of club history. The three shirts carry a distinct visual identity, with each design paying tribute to the club’s origins and Tunisian traditions.
Home Kit: A Mosaic of Tradition
The home shirt features the iconic red and yellow vertical stripes that define Espérance de Tunis. Upon closer inspection, a tonal mosaic pattern is woven into the fabric—a subtle nod to traditional Tunisian tilework found in areas such as Bab Souika. This mosaic motif appears across all three jerseys, creating a cohesive thread through the collection.
The design draws heavily from the 1995/96 home shirt, giving the kit a vintage feel that remains contemporary for 2025.

Away Kit: A Return to Roots
The away jersey adopts a green and white color palette, a noticeable shift from the fiery red and yellow of the home shirt. This combination references the club’s earliest playing colors. Gold detailing on the branding adds a regal touch, reflecting Taraji’s modern stature in African and Arab football.

Third Kit: Understated Elegance
The third shirt is presented in deep navy, a color traditionally associated with Espérance’s away strips. Golden accents lift the design, providing continuity with the rest of the collection. While more subdued than the home and away kits, the third shirt completes the set with a sharp, competition-ready look.

Carrying a Continental Flag
Espérance de Tunis represent not only Tunisia but also African football at the Club World Cup. The Kappa-designed kits fuse culture, class, and craftsmanship, positioning the club as one of the best-dressed teams in the tournament.

From Bab Souika to the United States, Taraji have arrived on the world stage.
