Hellas Verona Unveils a Romantic Fourth Kit Inspired by Verona’s Love Story

Hellas Verona has released a special edition fourth kit that draws directly from the city’s timeless association with Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. The design blends football culture with the romantic rituals that define Verona, creating a shirt that feels both ceremonious and deeply personal.

Design Inspired by Juliet’s Wall

The kit features an elegant black base, elevated by gold lettering and detailing that give it a refined, almost ceremonial look. The club crest and branding sit centrally above the sponsor, adding symmetry to the front of the shirt.

The most distinctive element appears at the hem. A subtle graphic rises from the base of the shirt, inspired by the handwritten notes left at the entrance to Juliet’s House. For decades, visitors from around the world have covered those walls with spontaneous declarations of love – intimate messages, promises, and confessions addressed to Juliet.

These layered, overlapping love notes have been reinterpreted into a bespoke pattern, giving the shirt a deeply personal texture. It is a thoughtful nod to the romance rituals that define the city.

On-Pitch Debut and Match Schedule

The special edition kit will make its on-pitch debut with the club’s women’s side on Valentine’s Day itself. They face Venezia in Serie B Femminile on Saturday at the Talericio stadium in Mestre.

The following day, the men’s first team will don the kit in their Serie A fixture against Parma at the Stadio Ennio Tardini.
