With the Oasis reunion tour now underway, the cultural spotlight has returned to the Gallagher brothers. Their long-standing connection with adidas has inspired adidas SPZL to release two limited-edition silhouettes that honour both Liam and Noel’s individual styles.
Over two decades, Liam and Noel Gallagher have woven their love of Three Stripes into the adidas SPZL line, curated by Gary Aspden. Now, as the brothers share a stage once more, that partnership reaches a new peak with the unveiling of the adidas LG Achille SPZL and the adidas NG Marathon SPZL.
LG Achille SPZL
Liam’s previous SPZL collaborations—the original LG SPZL and the follow‑up LGII SPZL—have always carried a terrace‑inspired swagger. For this release, he revisits the archives, reimagining the adidas Achille, a vintage runner given fresh Gallagher grit. The LG Achille SPZL arrives in a refined tonal palette: a khaki mesh base, chocolate brown stripes, a beige suede T‑toe overlay, and a sand outsole. The upper pattern has been adjusted to give the shoe a sleeker, more modern flow while preserving its retro character.

NG Marathon SPZL
Noel’s adidas journey began with the NG72 in 2011, followed by the ultra‑limited NG Garwen SPZL in 2017—a collaboration that sold out almost immediately. Nearly a decade later, he introduces the NG Marathon SPZL, built on the bones of the Marathon 85. It retains the classic suede upper and grippy rubber outsole but updates the details with a T‑toe overlay, a revised midsole, an Eco‑Tex tongue, and tonal eyelets. The colourway is unmistakably Noel: deep navy with accents of sky blue—understated yet undeniable.

Personal Details and Release
Both pairs carry a personal stamp with portraits of Liam and Noel on the tongues, co‑branded sock liners, spare laces, and commemorative packaging. They are designed to be more than trainers—they are pieces of the band’s DNA.
The adidas LG Achille SPZL and NG Marathon SPZL will be released on 16 August, coinciding with the Gallaghers’ Irish tour dates.
