As the Emirates FA Cup and Adobe Women’s FA Cup enter the First Round Proper, British brand Mitre has released the official match balls for the 2025/26 season. The new balls combine aerodynamic advancements, refined touch sensitivity, and visual designs that reflect the identity of each competition.
Emirates FA Cup Ultimax Pro: Heritage-Inspired Aesthetics
The men’s ball draws from the floral engravings found on the historic FA Cup trophy. William Morris–style motifs run across the panels in hand-drawn form. A deep blue base is accented with silver detailing and red Delta chevrons that match the competition’s branding. A winter version is also available in a bright orange finish.
The design aims to reinterpret tradition through elegance and craftsmanship, capturing the artistry of the world’s oldest knockout competition.
Adobe Women’s FA Cup Ultimax Pro: Bold and Progressive
For the first time, Mitre introduces a fluorescent base colour for the women’s ball. The ‘Vibe Lime’ finish is intended to reflect the creative energy and momentum of the women’s game. Every panel features vibrant colour, emphasising the competition’s dynamic character.
