New Balance has teamed up with Arsenal star Bukayo Saka to release a custom edition of the Furon v6+ boot. The special design celebrates Saka’s rise in football and his current performances on the pitch, blending past memories with present achievements.
Design and Inspiration
The boots feature a custom colorway created by London artist Feyi Badejo. Known for his innovative use of colour and graphic style, Badejo’s palette provides a unique backdrop for the Furon v6+. In addition to the bespoke colour application, Badejo has produced a separate piece of art to commemorate Saka’s first signature boots.
Personal Insignia and Nickname
Both designs incorporate Bukayo Saka’s bespoke insignia, derived from his initials and his number seven shirt. The emblem includes red accents, a nod to the winger’s “Little Chilli” nickname and his off-field energy.
