Nike has refreshed the Mercurial silo with a striking new colorway and design, introducing the Superfly 8 and Vapor 14 as part of the upcoming “Blueprint” pack. The update brings a 2022 makeover to the speed-focused boot range, with the Phantom GT and Tiempo models expected to follow.
Design Details of the Blueprint Pack
The Blueprint colorway combines Chlorine Blue, Laser Orange, and Marina tones. The Swoosh outline is highlighted in yellow, while an internal red lazerstitch design adds texture. A darker blue arch sits just beneath the Swoosh. The Mercurial logo has been transformed into a badge on the outer edge of the heel, giving the entire silo a distinctive signature styling.
Same Tech, Fresh Look
While the visual changes are significant, everything under the hood remains identical to recent Mercurial releases. Nike has chosen to freshen up the aesthetics heading into the new year without altering the technical specifications. The tech specs are all the same as previous Superfly 8 and Vapor 14 models.
