Nike has launched its first collection of the 21/22 season under the name ‘Motivation Pack’. The name reflects the emotional return to football after a long period without crowds, live chants, and stadium atmosphere. The pack’s slogan focuses on the motivation needed after the pandemic. The three boot models feature refreshed colour schemes with brighter and more eye-catching designs compared to the previous pack.
Nike Mercurial
Nike’s speed boots are the most striking in the pack, finished in a fluorescent yellow with red and black details for an aggressive look. Each Swoosh includes the phrase ‘Nike Football’ in multiple languages. The boot retains its lightweight, snug fit for speed and comfort.
Nike Phantom GT
The Phantom GT has been completely redesigned with white and red as primary colours, accented by yellow and black. The Swoosh again contains ‘Nike Football’ in various languages. The raised Generative Texture patterns on the upper have been slightly modified to improve grip on the ball.
Nike Tiempo Legend 9
The Tiempo Legend 9 is the natural leather boot in the pack. Its design is elegant and simple, using white and red with black and yellow touches. This generation features a greater amount of natural leather for improved comfort. The upper is made of knit only on the outside, reducing weight. The soleplate remains the same as the previous generation due to positive player feedback.
