Nike has released a new collection of futsal footwear called the Platinum Pack, offering updated models for the indoor game. The pack includes four key silhouettes: the Tiempo Premier II Sala, Lunar Gato II, React Gato, and Tiempo Legend VIII Pro. Each shoe is designed with specific materials and technologies to meet the demands of futsal, from natural leather uppers to responsive cushioning foams.

Nike’s Small Sided collection makes a statement about taking futsal to the top level. The shoes are built with a focus on story and performance, rather than simply adapting outdoor boots.
Nike Tiempo Premier II Sala Futsal Shoe
The upper is made from natural leather with a mesh base, a construction that reduces weight and improves breathability. A suede overlay on the forefoot adds durability and a soft touch.
The outsole features Nike’s traditional hexagonal pattern for indoor courts, combined with a Lunarlon midsole that provides responsive cushioning and a snug fit.
Nike Lunar Gato II Futsal Shoe
The upper uses a soft, flexible natural leather for excellent ball control. A reinforced textured panel on the toe and sides, bonded with heat-sealed synthetic material, improves durability. Hyperfuse panels and mesh on the sides keep the shoe lightweight and breathable while supporting lateral movements.
The outsole features Pure Ergonomics, divided into three zones. The forefoot and outer area have small holes for grip; the forefoot inner area uses a multi-linear design for foot placement; the heel area has wider spaced lines for greater stability.
Lunarlon cushioning, first introduced in 2008, remains a key technology. It uses a soft foam core injected into a lightweight structure, distributing impact evenly across the sole to reduce strain on the heel and forefoot.
Nike React Gato Futsal Shoe
The upper is completely redesigned with a soft Flyknit material for abrasion resistance and a comfortable feel. A protective TPU overlay improves durability and ball contact.
The sole is made almost entirely of React foam, providing responsive cushioning and a soft, springy feel during movement and impact.
Nike React Tiempo Legend VIII Pro Futsal Shoe
The upper uses ultra-soft natural leather with a 3D hexagonal design that lets the leather flex and adapt to the foot without creating gaps, while adding grip for ball control.
The midsole incorporates React technology, offering excellent cushioning and energy return with every step.
