A Generational Shift from the Tiempo Legend 8
To understand what the Tiempo Legend 9 brings, it helps to look back at the Nike Tiempo Legend 8, released in summer 2019. The eighth generation introduced technological upgrades such as the QuadFit mesh, yet many players still considered it similar to its predecessor.

The outsole uses four rectangular studs in the heel area. The forefoot features six conical studs, two rectangular studs, and one triangular stud. This arrangement is designed to provide above-average traction and stability on the pitch.
