Oxford United have launched a limited edition fourth kit for the 2025/26 season, created in collaboration with the University of Oxford’s Ashmolean Museum of Art & Archaeology. The shirt celebrates the opening of the museum’s major new exhibition, In Bloom: How Plants Changed Our World, and draws on the city’s rich intersection of football, art, and culture.
Design Inspired by John Ruskin’s Watercolour
The kit’s design takes direct inspiration from Study of Wild Rose, a delicate watercolour by Victorian writer, artist, and social reformer John Ruskin. A soft pale yellow base is paired with sweeping pink and green floral patterns that bloom down the sleeves and along the side panels. Navy central branding provides a sharp contrast, echoing the approach used on the club’s away shirt earlier in the season. The fourth kit is available in both long and short sleeve versions.
