As the NWSL season resumes, New Balance has unveiled a custom edition of the Tekela v3 for midfielder Rose Lavelle. The exclusive laceless boot will be worn by Lavelle on July 1st when the Washington Spirit face North Carolina Courage. The match is available to watch on CBS All Access.
Custom Design Details
The special edition features Rose Lavelle’s bespoke insignia on the heel. Inspired by the symbol of a rose, the emblem incorporates nods to the United States and Cincinnati stripes, her autograph, and the iconic headband she wore during last summer’s tournament. The boot is finished in a white, yellow, and neo flame color palette.
